My man and I went to one of the final LA Dodgers games last night which was allot of fun . The stadium was sold out and the vibe was really awesome . The Dodgers kicked some serious ass which made the whole thing even more exciting . I'm not a baseball fan whatsoever but Eddies boss invited us to come to the game and to chill with him and a bunch of other employees and friends at one of the Sky boxes . There was plenty of food and plenty to drink . Another great night !

I just got back from the gym a little while ago . Today was leg day which is one of my most intense workouts . Every time I finish a leg workout , I feel completely beat up but also very satisfied . It's a love hate relationship I guess . lol

The rest of my day is gonna be very domestic . I have to do a shitload of laundry and I also gotta do the dishes and vacuum the house . What can I say,ever the homemaker ! :-)

I will also be working online for a little bit later on this afternoon .

Well....here it goes !

This past weekend was very slow and relaxing . It finally started to cool off a little bit and trust me it's a nice change . It has been hot for so long here and the cool air is a very nice change !

Friday started out great . I went to the gym and worked out arms during a very intense workout ! I have been bulking up a bit in the past couple of months . I haven't been feeling like going out much and what better way to stay away from the bar scene for a while then kicking some ass at the gym !

I changed my workout around a bit and started working out with a lot of weight and less reps . It is very important to switch your workout around every once in a while cause your body and muscles get used to the same exercises and that the last thing you wont cause it stops the muscles from growing .

I usually change my workouts every 3-4 months and I can only recommend the same for all of you out there ! ; )

I was on my way home from the gym to do my Friday live web cam show ,when I got a phone call from a friend of mine . He was dealing with some serious issues at the moment and I had to cancel my show to be there for my friend . I do apologize again for the inconvenience but I promise I will be back this week , as naughty as ever ! ; )

Saturday was a very lazy day . My man and I did nothing but stay home all day . The only things we did was hanging out,making some food watching movies and ,of course, lots of sex ! ; )

Sunday was our domestic day filled with cleaning the house,doing lots of laundry etc. . It was a pain in the ass(and not in a good way) but I'm glad we did it and everything is fresh and clean .

That was my weekend boys . I will be back in the chat room and on cam this Wednesday (4-5pm PST) and Friday (3-4pm PST) and I hope chat and get off with all of you !
